Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia.

With a background in Computer Graphic Design from the Mongolian University of Arts and Culture, Tuvshintugs Purevdorj specializes in creative video production, cinematography, and post-production. He has contributed to high-impact campaigns for Caritas Czech Republic, WWF, UNICEF, APU, Monos, and other major brands, leading projects from concept and shooting to final edit while ensuring brand-consistent, visually engaging storytelling.

The primary link between our clients and the creative team. Our Account Manager ensures that every project aligns with the client’s business goals, managing expectations and nurturing long-term partnerships through transparent communication and strategic insight.

Creative videographer and editor with a background in fine arts and visual storytelling, experienced in commercial campaigns, branded content, and social media productions. Skilled in directing shoots, managing production design, and delivering high-quality post-production using industry-standard tools. Contributed to multiple national campaigns and brand projects, combining artistic vision with practical production execution. Holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Mongolian University of Arts and Culture.

Creative videographer, editor, and motion designer with experience in commercial campaigns, social media production, and AI-driven visual content. Previously contributing to television and digital media platforms, with a proven track record of generating over 20 million views through collaborations with major YouTubers and influencers. Skilled in videography, post-production, motion graphics, and AI video and photography workflows. Founder of Ranzon Studio, a generative-AI-focused commercial studio. Holds academic training in renewable energy science and graphic design/2D animation in Mongolia.

Experienced cinematographer, videographer, and editor with a strong background in film production, commercial content, and visual storytelling across freelance and agency environments. Skilled in directing photography, video editing, motion design, and brand-aligned content creation, with international education in cinematography from Singapore, Mongolia, and Japan, and award-winning short film experience in regional festivals.

Supporting the core leadership, the Associate Manager keeps the wheels turning on day-to-day initiatives. They bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring that campaign details are never overlooked and deadlines are consistently hit.

The backbone of our internal workflow. Our Operations Manager optimizes our systems and processes to ensure the agency runs like a well-oiled machine. They focus on resource allocation and productivity, allowing the creative team to focus entirely on innovation.
